What is this?
Composting food scraps at home is a great to keep food scraps out of landfills and generate rich soil amendments for your garden! Please join Pasadena Public Works at the Lamanda Park Branch Library for a workshop on how to compost. Participants will receive a free backyard compost bin. Registration is limited to the first 20 people. Limit one bin per household. Compost bin measures 33"x33" fully constructed, 33"x18" collapsed for transport. To receive a bin you must be a Pasadena resident. Sign ups begin on July 11 at 10 a.m. Call Lamanda Park Library to register.
