What is this?

Join the Rent Stabilization Department (RSD) for a free, drop-in housing counseling event at Villa Parke Community Center. Get answers to rental housing questions, learn about your rights, and receive personalized guidance from RSD Housing Counselors. Residents are encouraged to drop in at any time during the event. Informational materials, snacks, and light refreshments will be provided. Through our partnership with the Housing Rights Center, residents will also gain access to resources and learn about critical tenant protections, including rights related to disability accommodations, source of income, and protections for immigrant tenants.
