Creeping Bellflower Pull
Only one source reports this event. Details come from that source — please verify with the venue before attending.
What is this?
Join volunteers at William Berry Woods to pull Creeping Bellflower, a lovely flower but invasive species that is invading these woods. The plant’s tubers spread and crowd out the native plant community that volunteers work hard to preserve and protect in these woods. Until a permanent solution can be implemented, we work to remove flowers before they go to seed. Location: Meet at the southwest corner of the woods, near the intersection of Richfield Road and W 40th Street. Parking: Street parking is available for free. Supplies: Bring your own gloves and drinking water. Learn more here.
