Test Batch Thursday (4–9pm) Every Thursday we tap a brand-new, small experimental batch—think fresh ideas, seasonal twists, and one-off flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Pours are limited and often sell out, so come early if you’ve got a curious palate. Grab a taste, leave feedback, and help us decide what should make it to the big tanks.
