Cincinnati Shakespeare Company (CSC) is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated free Shakespeare in the Park tour, featuring William Shakespeare’s beloved comedy, “Much Ado About Nothing,” directed by CSC’s Robert Carlon Stimmel. From July through August, nearly 40 parks across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana will host Much Ado About Nothing, Shakespeare’s beloved comedy filled with mistaken identities, overheard conversations and joyful chaos. The story follows the witty rivalry between Beatrice and Benedick, two skeptics whose sharp exchanges conceal a far more tender connection. This production is set in 1776 in honor of America 250, the national celebration marking the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
