A Day with The Experts!

What is this?

On Saturday, 3 October, the Genealogy and Local History Department will host a day with the experts, an event not held since 2019. Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky organizations have been invited to participate. This is a great opportunity to meet with representatives from organizations like genealogical and historical societies, local and national lineage societies, and public records offices, to learn about their resources, membership requirements, and to discuss how they can help overcome those genealogy brick walls. Library staff will also lead in-depth tours of the Department at 11 AM and 2 PM. Visit the Genealogy and Local History Department on the second floor of the library, 800 Vine Street, on Saturday 3 October between 11 and 3 to take advantage of this opportunity to meet with representatives at their tables and learn about the resources available in a number of genealogical interest areas.
