TICKET & EXHIBITOR BOOTH BOOKING POLICY Registration & Rescheduling Policy All visitor tickets and exhibitor booth bookings become binding upon payment. Upon payment, the registration, ticket, or booth booking is deemed confirmed and delivered to the booked venue. Visitors and exhibitors may reschedule their participation up to 7 days before the event start date. Events may be postponed but not cancelled. The organizer reserves the right to postpone the event if necessary. In the event of postponement, all registrations, tickets, and exhibitor bookings automatically transfer to the new event date. Exhibitor booth bookings remain valid for any rescheduled event date as agreed by both parties. No refunds shall be granted due to postponement. By purchasing a ticket or booking an exhibitor booth, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
