Kick off the morning with Seth G playing live music while you have 3 different workout classes lined up. Jump into one OR two of these energizing fitness classes starting at 9:15AM and stay throughout the morning for recovery, shopping, music, and a good time!From workouts and recovery experiences to product demos, samples, and exclusive shopping this is your chance to connect with the best of Charlestons fitness and wellness scene.
