This Food Tour is a real guided tour except that several times during the visit you will be offered to taste American culinary specialties. The objective is to introduce you to six dishes (4 savory and 2 sweet) in six different restaurants and, at the same time, this atypical and historic district of East Village. Industrial and working-class district in the 1950s, then assertive and dangerous in the 1970s and 1980s, it now offers original places combining restaurants, night bars, tattoo shops, music and craft shops ... Thus, you will be able to apprehend the district of East Village in the light of the explanations of the guide, naturally, but also by tasting dishes which characterize the local cuisine and are in their own way part of history.
