Sound baths are still rare in Kentucky, and The Sound Healing Center of Lexington is one of the only dedicated sound healing studios in the region. This isn't a yoga class with a singing bowl at the end. It's a full, intentional experience built around sound as the sole practice. The studio itself was designed for this work, with acoustics, lighting, and comfort elements chosen to help your body settle quickly and deeply. Hammocks, zero-gravity chairs, and floor setups mean you find the position that works for you, not the one the room dictates. Our rotating roster of facilitators each brings their own instruments and approach, so no two sessions sound exactly alike.
