What is this?

Student Health Insurance - Enroll or Waive this Summer All full-time Oxford students are required to have health insurance. Each year, students are automatically enrolled in and charged for the Miami-sponsored plan through UnitedHealthcare. If you already have coverage through a parent or guardian, you must complete the waiver process every academic year to avoid being charged. If you plan to use the university-sponsored insurance, you will be enrolled automatically. However, completing enrollment through the portal will help avoid delays in coverage. Watch your email around July 1 for the waiver link. Consider adding the Student Life Google Calendar so you don’t miss important summer deadlines, including the August 1 waiver deadline.
