Catch Sean Patton as he takes the stage at Commonwealth Comedy Club in Dayton, Kentucky, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Sean Patton is a comedian based in Los Angeles and New York by way of New Orleans. He began doing stand-up in the Crescent City and has since performed in comedy clubs across the United States and Canada, as well as at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Just for Laughs Chicago, Just for Laughs Toronto and Just for Laughs Montreal. He has performed on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham," NBC's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" and TBS's "Conan." In 2013, he released his Comedy Central Half Hour special. More recently, he has appeared on "@midnight," "The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail," "This Is Not Happening," Showtime's "Live from SXSW," truTV's "Comedy Knockout" and "This Week at the Comedy Cellar." As an actor, he has appeared on IFC's "Maron," Comedy Central's "Inside Amy Schumer" and truTV's "Those Who Can't." In 2019, Patton and co-host Caitlin Cook launched their podcast, "5 Words," on the All Things Comedy network. Commonwealth Comedy Club is Cincinnati’s home for live entertainment, featuring stand-up comedy, concerts, theater productions and live podcast recordings. Housed in the renovated former Tower Methodist Church, built in 1914, the venue blends historic architecture with modern amenities, including a full bar, concessions and state-of-the-art production systems for live and recorded events.
