Part of Fitness in the Park series Sculpt with Speakeasy 10:00am - 11:00am AGE: All ages | FREE Sculpt is a low-impact, high-intensity full body workout that combines elements of barre, Pilates, and various body weight exercises taught by M'Le of Speakeasy Yoga. Each class is set to an upbeat playlist and led by the rhythm to keep you inspired every step of the way. Whether youâre a seasoned fitness fanatic or just getting started, all levels are welcome and will enjoy a well-rounded fitness experience! Remember to bring your own mat, water bottle, and towels. Weather Dependent. Enjoy fun, effective and FREE outdoor workouts under the pavilion with Speakeasy Yoga instructors. No registration required. All ages welcome. Presented by Kettering Health.
