What is this?

4th annual pet & costume contest and parade on 1st St along the Harrisburg riverfront! ★ Check-in 10:30 am ★ Judging & prizes 10:45 am ★ Parade: 11:00 am Parade in costume with your pet, wagon, bike, trike, or wheelchair (no motorize items except wheelchairs) or watch all the fun along the riverfront. Decorate your bike? Also join our bigger parade the next day on July 4th for double the fun (more details on our Facebook page) . ★ All ages welcome. ★ All cities welcome, especially local rural towns ★ No registration necessary. ★ Leash and clean up after your pet. ★ No aggressive pets. ★ No parking on 1st St from Smith to Schooling St. ★ No floats, motorized anything, or distribution of flyers, etc. ★ Questions?
