Nutrition Education and Cooking Class

What is this?

EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) is a free nutrition education program for limited-resource adults with children and youth. Over a series of seven weeks, participants will work to increase their food prep skills, learn new recipes and techniques, and meet new friends. Participants also receive kitchen utensils to take home for continued practice. All materials will be provided. Registration required
