
Gold Star Feature Program: Birdwatching for Kids with the Fernald Preserve
What is this?
Birdwatching has become one of the most popular past times over the past few years so come out to learn why watching birds can be a great activity for you! Find out how you can help birds in your own backyard and learn all about some birds you might be able to find locally! In this lesson we will also learn one of the most important skills a birdwatcher can have, how to use binoculars! Recommended for children ages 5-12. Registration is required. Please register each child in attendance. This Summer Reading- Camp Read! event is part of our Gold Star Featured Program series, presented in partnership with Gold Star Chili. Enjoy extra reading fun with giveaways brought to you by Gold Star, while supplies last.
