Ethnic Eats in Over-the-Rhine Food Tour
What is this?
Cincinnati Riverside Food Tours invites you to explore bold flavors from around the world on a guided walking food tour through the historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. You’ll visit five locally owned restaurants, with all tastings included—making it an ideal culinary adventure for curious eaters. The experience begins with a Hawaiian-inspired steamed bun filled with barbecue, a refreshing bubble tea or a classic Mexican street taco. Other stops feature a savory Japanese pancake, a crispy Argentine empanada or a slice of Detroit-style pizza. Choose a French macaron, enjoy Lebanese baklava, sample a pita pizza with a Zaatarita cocktail and on warm days, visit a modern-day beer garden for German favorites. The tour meets in Washington Park, in the heart of Over-the-Rhine, a neighborhood shaped by German immigrants in the mid-1800s. As you walk, the guides share stories of the community built from the ground up, explain why Music Hall is considered one of the most haunted places in the country and reveal the origins of the Miami and Erie Canal. You’ll also pass towering murals highlighting notable people and moments in Cincinnati’s history. Cincinnati Riverside Food Tours promises you’ll leave full, informed and eager to explore more of the city. From: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
