Craig Ave. Walking Workshop

What is this?

The City of Pasadena is continuing development of the Greenways Project, an initiative to create calmer streets for residents and enhance connectivity and safety while walking biking and rolling. These enhancements aim to maintain neighborhood access, reduce speeding, and make it more comfortable to walk, bike, and roll. Planned along key north-south corridors that provide important connections to existing active transportation networks, the Greenways will help bridge the 210 Freeway barrier by connecting neighborhoods to transit, schools, and businesses. The Greenways Project will be developed in collaboration with the community to reflect local needs and priorities and support the City’s broader mobility goals and vision for a more connected, safe, and sustainable community. Craig Ave Walking Workshop As part of the design process, the City is planning to install a “quick-build” project on Craig Ave., which will include temporary, easily installed safety features.
