What is this?
SWERK combines current hip hop style dance moves with lower body toning and cardiovascular exercises to bring you one Booty-licious bod. A true "lift your booty, love your body" experience, this dance cardio format will push you to "Sweat, Work, Twerk" your way to your favorite version of you. No previous dance experience necessary, just come MOVE and have FUN. We can't wait to SWERK with you!
